Because our pieces are produced in small batches — and some are made especially for you — we encourage reviewing product descriptions and the size guide carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In original condition
• With tags attached
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items showing signs of wear, washing, fragrance, or damage will not be accepted.

Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Personalized & Custom Items

Personalized or custom-made pieces are final sale.

Because these items are created specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Sale items and gift cards are also final sale.

Damages & Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
